- Milk – 1kg (boiled)
- Eggs – 4 (yolks only)
- Sugar – 200g
- Flour – 15g
- Rice flour – 15g
- Oranges – 2 large (juice and zest)
- In a saucepan put the sugar, flour, rice flour, orange zest and egg yolks and beat well with wire.
- Pour the hot milk gradually (slowly slowly) so it gets absorbed and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
- Add orange juice and stir well until the mixture gets thick.
- Once ready fill the serving bowls or glasses (about 6 servings) and let cool before serving.
