Vanilla Cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • Milk – 1kg (warm)
  • Eggs – 4
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Flour – 15 g
  • Rice flour – 15 g
  • Vanilla – 1
  • Cinnamon – for garnish

METHOD:

  1. In a saucepan add the eggs, sugar, flour, rice flour and vanilla, beat well with the wire and add the warm milk.
  2. The pan is placed over low fire to boil for 5 minutes until thickened, stirring well.
  3. After setting fill serving bowls or glasses (about 6 servings) and let them cool.
  4. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon on top if you want.
