- Milk – 1kg (warm)
- Eggs – 4
- Sugar – 200 g
- Flour – 15 g
- Rice flour – 15 g
- Vanilla – 1
- Cinnamon – for garnish
- In a saucepan add the eggs, sugar, flour, rice flour and vanilla, beat well with the wire and add the warm milk.
- The pan is placed over low fire to boil for 5 minutes until thickened, stirring well.
- After setting fill serving bowls or glasses (about 6 servings) and let them cool.
- Sprinkle with a little cinnamon on top if you want.
