- Milk – 1 kg hot
- Sugar – 200 g
- Cocoa – 40g
- Eggs – 4 (yolks only)
- Rice flour – 40g
- Vanilla – 1
- Whipping cream – for garnish
- In a saucepan put the sugar, cocoa, flour, egg yolks, vanilla and mix well.
- Add the hot milk to absorb it all and boil for 5 minutes, until thickened.
- Fill serving bowls or glasses and allow to cool (about 6 servings).
- Before serving decorate with whipped cream (or sprinkle with little grated coconut or walnut).
