Small Chocolates with Lemon


  • Almonds – 350 g (powder)
  • Icing sugar – 100 g
  • Lemon – 1/2 zest only
  • Lemon – 60g (juice)

For the chocolate:

  • White Chocolate – 200g
  • Icing sugar – 100 g


  1. Pour in a blender the juice and lemon zest, icing sugar and the almond powder and mix to make a nice dough.
  2. Leave for a little the dough to rest and then mold into small balls.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie.
  4. Dip the dough balls into the chocolate and then pass it quickly over the icing sugar.
