- 2 tbs. honey
- 4 tbs. room temperature/soft butter
- 2 tbs. powdered sugar
- Soften butter for 10-15 seconds in the microwave if it’s cold.
- Pour in the honey into a bowl with the butter and stir until smooth. Add powdered sugar and stir until smooth. Add more powdered sugar for a thicker spread.
I would and will spread this on literally everything: bread, crackers, pancakes, muffins, and the best option will be on a lemon cake.
